Direct-to-Film (DTF),and latex printing is an innovative process that allows for high-quality, full-color transfers onto various fabrics and substrates using a heat press. Our Memphis-based DTF printing service offers one-time use transfers for your custom apparel and promotional needs.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure optimal print quality and efficient processing, please adhere to the following specifications when submitting your gang sheet:

• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum

• File Format: PNG

• Background: Transparent (white backgrounds cannot be removed)

• Image Quality: High-resolution original files only (screenshots and Google images are not accepted)

Important: Submit your gang sheet with correctly sized images. We cannot modify image sizes or content once received. Improperly formatted submissions may extend turnaround times. Our team will notify you of any issues, and it will be your responsibility to make necessary corrections and resubmit.All gang sheets must be paid for in advance of printing.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

Note: These instructions DO NOT apply to DTF UV prints. Heat press settings may vary; we are not responsible for pressing issues due to inaccurate temperature or pressure. Household irons are not suitable for DTF transfer application.

1. Set heat press to 300°F (149°C)

2. Press for 20 seconds

3. Hot peel the transfer

4. Cover the image with a Teflon sheet

5. Repress for an additional 10 seconds
